Forge by JuraVance. Agreements with JuraVance Inc.
Forge is the product brand. JuraVance Inc. is the legal entity behind the platform. The applicable agreement depends on how a customer accesses Forge — through a dealership subscription, an individual training offering, or a separate commercial arrangement.

Dealer subscriptions
Dealer subscription agreements govern authorized employee accounts, manager visibility into transcripts, scores, coaching and activity, subscription obligations, Dealer Data and termination. The confirmed post-termination Dealer Data retention period is 90 days, subject to the applicable agreement and legal preservation obligations.
Individual Career Readiness
Personally purchased Career Readiness access is separate from dealership-managed subscriptions. A candidate's personal training results are not disclosed to a dealership without the candidate's explicit sharing. Individual purchase, cancellation and refund conditions must be stated in the applicable consumer terms.
Future Academy
Joining the Academy waitlist does not create enrollment, payment obligations or entitlement to a credential. Future paid Academy offerings require separate program terms and regulatory review.
