How Forge uses AI.
A transparent explanation of simulated conversations, speech processing, performance feedback and the boundaries of AI-generated training intelligence.
An AI customer that responds to the conversation.
Forge creates simulated automotive customer conversations. Your spoken or typed responses inform the next simulated customer reply and the coaching analysis. This is a training environment, not an automated interaction with a real dealership customer.
Simulation content
The selected scenario, conversational context, session text and responses may be processed by JuraVance's AI service providers to produce the simulated customer experience and assessment. Transcripts, scoring and progress information may be available within the user account and authorized dealer-management views.
Real-time speech
Voice input is processed for speech-to-text transcription. Forge uses transient audio processing and does not retain raw audio recordings after a simulation. Transcripts, scores, coaching feedback and related training results are retained according to the applicable account and retention rules. AI-generated speech can be rendered by text-to-speech services.
Specialized AI for simulation, coaching and voice
Forge uses multiple AI and voice technology providers across its simulation, feedback and speech features. The specific provider depends on the feature and deployment configuration. The official JuraVance subprocessor register is the source for published provider disclosures; updates to that register must be completed before new providers are presented as part of the production legal disclosures.
JuraVance operates the platform
JuraVance Inc. selects and manages the third-party services, maintains the Forge product and controls its software, simulation design and evaluation frameworks. Dealer Data and individual information remain subject to the rights and obligations in the applicable agreement and privacy law.
Model training and improvement
JuraVance confirms that all active AI and voice providers have been contractually verified for applicable retention and model-training restrictions, including prohibitions on training general-purpose AI models using dealer or user conversation data. The policy also describes use of anonymized, aggregated training information to improve JuraVance's products and evaluation frameworks.
A coaching aid, not a personnel decision
Scores and commentary are AI-generated training feedback. They can be imperfect and should be interpreted with context, supported by manager observation, dialogue and professional judgment. Forge does not independently determine whether a person should be hired, disciplined, licensed or promoted.
Managers remain involved
Forge is designed to expand opportunities for realistic practice and to make managerial coaching more focused. It does not remove an employer's responsibility for fair workplace decisions and appropriate handling of employee information.
Provider details may change as JuraVance updates the platform. Review the Forge subprocessor register and the JuraVance Privacy Policy for the current published disclosures.
Transient audio, retained training records
Voice sessions use transient audio for speech recognition and spoken responses. Forge does not retain raw session audio recordings after a simulation; it retains transcripts, scores, coaching and related activity. Authorized dealership managers can review these records for dealership-managed accounts. Personally purchased Career Readiness results are shared with a dealership only at the candidate's explicit direction.
Model and language limitations
Different AI models may support conversation, transcription, speech generation, scoring and coaching. Speech recognition and assessment quality may vary by language, accent, background noise and scenario. Results are training aids, not a substitute for human judgment or a guarantee of employment outcomes.
