One company. Clear accountability.
JuraVance Inc. is the Canadian company that builds, operates and controls the Forge platform, its infrastructure relationships, and its intellectual property. Forge by JuraVance is the product brand, not a separate legal entity.
When a dealership purchases Forge, its authorized users may be associated with that dealership's workspace. The dealership retains its rights in Dealer Data under the applicable agreement. JuraVance processes that information to deliver and operate Forge, subject to its published policies and agreements.
Profiles and participation
Names, email addresses, roles, dealership affiliations, account information, session history, scenario progress, training achievements and timestamps help us operate accounts and present the relevant training experience.
Conversations, scoring and coaching
Forge processes simulation transcripts, AI-generated performance evaluations, scorecards and coaching observations. Authorized dealership leaders may see training activity and results through management features appropriate to their access.
Voice and technical information
Speech is processed transiently during simulations. Forge retains transcripts and training results rather than raw voice recordings after the session. Routine technical information is also used to operate and secure the platform.
Used to deliver training
Information supports authentication, realistic simulation, scoring, feedback, progress reporting, manager coaching, subscription administration, security and applicable legal obligations.
JuraVance's published privacy policy states that it does not sell personal information. It also describes product improvement using aggregated, anonymized information from which no individual or dealership can be identified.
Retention after dealer subscription termination
JuraVance's published policy specifies a 90-day Dealer Data retention window following termination or expiry, during which export may be requested; the policy describes up to an additional 30 days for backup removal, but implementation of that backup-deletion timeline has not yet been verified. Other legal retention duties may apply. Career or individual-access terms may differ and should be confirmed in the applicable agreement.
Access, correction and privacy questions
Individuals may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, subject to verification and legal limitations. For employee records tied to a dealer workspace, JuraVance may need to coordinate with the dealership. Contact privacy@juravance.com.

Within a dealership workspace, authorized managers can access participating employees' simulation transcripts, scores, coaching feedback and training activity, subject to their account permissions. Dealerships are responsible for appropriate workplace notices and lawful use of this information.
Career Readiness is private unless shared
A dealership can see an individual's personally purchased Career Readiness results only when that individual explicitly shares them. Merely being a candidate or subsequently joining a dealership does not itself authorize access to private results.
Credentials belong to individuals
Forge credentials remain with the individual after they leave a dealership. This does not transfer ownership of the dealership's internal training records or management reports.
Implemented dealer-data retention
The 90-day post-termination Dealer Data retention window is implemented. The existing published policy describes up to 30 additional days for backup removal; JuraVance has not yet verified that this backup-deletion schedule is implemented. Separate individual-account retention and legally required preservation may differ.
Canadian company, international services
JuraVance Inc. operates from Canada. Depending on the feature, contracted AI, voice, infrastructure, payment and communication providers may process information outside Canada. No Canadian-only data-residency guarantee is made here.
